A reporting section to create reports about the organization Membership. The reports can be predefined or there is an option if requested to build custom reports.


  • Under the Mailing lists title you have reports like;

    • By License Status - which gives you a report of your members based on their current license status. 

    • By Certification or By Tags

  • Under the Membership title some of the default reports are reports like Member Details / Expired Members / Member List / Due Renewals etc.

  • There is also an option to create custom reports where you can pick information you specifically want by choosing the fields of information you would like in the report. If there is specific information you need you get to choose it on your own.  If the custom report you create is something that you will need more than once you also have the option to Save the custom report for future use.



  • Creating a custom report. (Example) - Create a report which shows the member license  expiry date for active members. 

    • Select Reports from the left menu

    • Build New custom Report

    • Under Member 

    • click on First Name

    • click on Last Name

    • click on Email

    • Under the License section click on

    • click on License Number

    • Click on License Status 

    • click on Expiry Date

    • click on Next

    • click on Add Filter 

    • In the Where box 

    • choose “License Status” Is Equal To “active”

    • This mean only active members will be selected

    • You can now preview the report which displays 2  or 3 records or Generate Report


  • Once you generate the report you have the option to export the report to an Excel file type or a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file type or even send email to all the members listed since you chose the email field as part of the custom report.

  • If you feel that this report is beneficial to you more than once then the option to save it for future use is available.
