Organizations define the requirements of their profession.  Members then use  the continuing competence modules to ensure they are meeting the requirements in their field to maintain their professional licensing. 


  • eLearning - this module offers a facility for organizations to create their own organization specific educational courses for their members. This can be useful for focusing on specifics and reinforce it through quizzes and exams.


  • When creating elearning modules there three sections

    • Add a Module

    • Name of the elearning module

    • Required or not - is the module compulsory? 

    • Display answers or not at the completion of the quiz

    • Pages (content) in the module

    • Page order

    • Header - Name of the section

    • Video Link - link to a specific location to display videos

    • Text - This is the description of the information you are explaining

    • The module can contain multiple pages with each page displaying information and the option to create questions concerning the information on the specific page.

    • The final section is creating an Exam for the module. 

    • This is broken down into cases and each case has associated questions.

    • You have the option of setting minimum passing requirements for the exam.


Learning Logs


The organization and its members are able follow their progress by setting goals and how they accomplished it over a set period of time called the reporting cycle.


  • New Goals are set for a specific reporting cycle year and a description of the goal.

  • Log Entries are entered at the end of the reporting cycle to show what they did to reach the goal and what was the outcome of what they did.

    • When accessing the learning logs as an admin you are displayed a list of members that have entered goals with the option to view that members goals.
