This section displays all applications that have been submitted to the organization..
You can search for specific applications or you can sort the applications just by clicking on any of the column headings.
Clicking on the member name lets you review the application
If the Application is Pending - When you click on the member name you are shown the Update Status section, If there is an outstanding amount and the Application Details (what type of application).
You also see all the information that was entered via the application in the member profile sections.
From here you can review each section and verify that all the required information is in place.
Any of the profile details sections can be edited except for the Declarations section. This section can only be changed manually by the Guild Support team.
Members should be advised to ensure that they take their time in answering those questions.
Update Status section - there are 4 options when it comes to selections
Approved - After your review of the application you have deemed that it meets the required criteria.
Incomplete - After doing your review you find there is missing information
When chosen this will allow you to enter information for the member in the Reason field. This then sends a message to the member letting them know.
Pending - Awaiting review of an Administrator
Denied - After review of an application it is deemed unacceptable.
** Note - If an applicant is denied and would like to reapply they will have to use a different email address for the application. This is because Guild software is designed to use the email address as a unique identifier for members.
If a member wants to use the email address used in the denied application the Guild support team will need to be contacted for assistance.
