This section displays all applications that have been submitted to the organization..

  • You can search for specific applications or you can sort the applications just by clicking on any of the column headings.

  • Clicking on the member name lets you review the application

  •  If the Application is Pending - When you click on the member name you are shown the Update Status section, If there is an outstanding amount and the Application Details (what type of application). 

  • You also see all the information that was entered via the application in the member profile sections.

  • From here you can review each section and verify that all the required information is in place. 

  • Any of the profile details sections can be edited except for the Declarations section.  This section can only be changed manually by the Guild Support team. 

  • Members should be advised to ensure that they take their time in answering those questions.


Update Status section - there are 4 options when it comes to selections

  • Approved - After your review of the application you have deemed that it meets the required criteria.

  • Incomplete - After doing your review you find there is missing information

  • When chosen this will allow you to enter information for the member in the Reason field. This then sends a message to the member letting them know.

  • Pending - Awaiting review of an Administrator

  • Denied - After review of an application it is deemed unacceptable.

  • ** Note - If an applicant is denied and would like to reapply they will have to use a different email address for the application.  This is because Guild software is designed to use the email address as a unique identifier for members. 

  • If a member wants to use the email address used in the denied application the Guild support team will need to be contacted for assistance.


Approving an application

  • When you change the status to approved in the Update Application box 3 additional fields are displayed:


  • License Status - this displays the setting that will be applied to the members profile.

  • Active

  • Provisional - special circumstances

  • Suspended - license is in question

  • Surrendered - license is given up - (ex. leaving jurisdiction)

  • Expired - member will show in the past members grouping

  • Date Approved

  • Approved by


Viewing An application after the status has been updated.

  • clicking on the member name to look at an application displays three sections

  • Update Application 

  • Application Details

  • Application Approved - There is a link labeled ‘Application Snapshot’ which displays the entire application and what was entered on the application. It provides a quick, detailed, overview of the application. There is also a note section as well
