Dashboard
The dashboard gives the administrator an information screen giving the administrator a snapshot of their current Organization. It is the opening page once an administrator logs in to the Guild Portal displaying a list of tasks, A graph displaying current renewal year information for membership status, applications submitted and Invoices generated in the current year.
My Tasks
A section that allows the Administrator to create tasks for themselves. When defining a task you also have the option to specify a reminder by setting the date as well as the time you would like to be reminded about the task.
Current Membership - based on current renewal cycle
A graph displaying the breakdown of the members in the system based on their current status
Licensing Applications - based on current renewal cycle
A graph showing the different application types and the numbers that have been approved
Invoices - based on current renewal cycle
Graph showing invoices paid / Issued / Due
Membership
Current Members - listing of all currently active members in the organization
Past Members - list of former members including Expired, Suspended and Surrendered
Pending Members - list of members that have a license status or Pending - application approval needed
Applications - listing of applications and their current status
Businesses
Corporation Listing - listing of businesses registered with the organization
Corporation Applications - list of Business applications and their current status
Workplace Listings - list of business that have multiple locations
Workplace Applications - list of businesses applying to register opening a new location
Investigations
Investigations - members that are under investigation by the organization for a variety of reasons - for example possible breach of regulations through the organization
Investigators - Ability to add/remove people as investigators
Continuing Competence
eLearning - Organizations can create their own eLearning modules that they can offer their members. These modules can be either optional or required.
Audits - The ability for Organizations to review member adherence to Organization requirements for Continuing Competence
Exams
Learning Logs
Members enter goals and what they plan to do to accomplish them ie conferences/courses/training
Reports
Reports usable by organizations native to the Guild setup as well as either custom reports or the ability to create their own and save them to their Custom Reports
Events
Organizations can create and manage events with tracking on the number of attendees
Ballots
Organizations can create their own voting system for example in electing a new board
Mail
An email module that allows the distribution of information/correspondence to their membership. Admin’s can create an email for an individual or a list. They can define who receives the email based on member filter criteria selected by the admin.
Billing
Allows for the Organization to create individual invoices for members or to view invoices generated when members fill out one of the applications
Configuration
Data Configuration - where data used in the portal can be configured - for example updating the cities listed in the portal city dropdown list
Configuration of different areas within Guild Software to personalize for the organization.
Translation
Create translations for up to 2 additional languages
Allows the admin to modify column headings and wording used on forms - NOTE: Not everything can be done here. For example, the body of an email template body cannot be changed BUT, certain fields within the template can be.
