Chrome

  • On your computer, open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click More (the 3 dots  that look like this) More.

  • Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

  • At the top, choose a time range. (It is best to  delete everything), select All time.

  • Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  • Click Clear data.

Safari

  • Open Safari.

  • Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

  • Click Manage Website Data....

  • Select one or more websites to clear, then click Remove or Remove All.

  • Click Remove Now to confirm.

Firefox


  • Open Mozilla Firefox.

  • At the upper right, click the Menu button ☰, then select Settings.

  • Choose Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data....

  • Check Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear.

  • Click Clear Now to proceed.

Microsoft Edge


In Edge, select Settings and more  in the upper right corner of your browser window.

  1. Select Settings  > Privacy, search, and services.

  2. Select Choose what to clear 

  3. under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.

    1. Under Time range, we suggest All Time

    2. Select Cookies and other site data
      then select Clear now.
